Description

Mango mousse is a delightful dessert that combines the rich, tropical flavor of mangoes with a light and airy texture, made by blending ripe mango puree with whipped cream and gelatin.

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons water (for gelatin)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh mango slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mangoes by peeling, pitting, and blending them into a smooth puree.
