A delightful twist on the classic piña colada, this refreshing drink combines the sweet essences of mango and strawberry for a tropical experience.
Ingredients

- 2 oz light rum or coconut rum
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Fresh mango or strawberry slices for garnish
- Pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and ensure your blender is clean.
- Add 2 oz of light rum or coconut rum to the blender.
- Toss in 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks and 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries.
- Pour in 1/4 cup of pineapple juice and 1/4 cup of coconut cream.
- Lastly, add 1/2 cup of crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting with more pineapple juice if too thick.
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh fruit and optional garnishes.
Notes
For a virgin piña colada, simply omit the rum. Adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup if desired.
