A delicious breakfast bake combining maple syrup, bacon, and pancakes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir in maple syrup and melted butter.
- Add chopped bacon to the batter and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use turkey bacon for a lighter version.
- Serve with additional maple syrup on top.
- This dish can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
