Description

A delicious breakfast bake combining maple syrup, bacon, and pancakes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in maple syrup and melted butter.
  4. Add chopped bacon to the batter and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
