Description

Maple Bacon Pancake Bites are small, fluffy pancakes infused with maple syrup and bacon flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Optional: 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and maple syrup.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. If using, fold in chopped bacon.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet.
  7. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  8. Serve with extra maple syrup.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
