Maple Bacon Pancake Bites are small, fluffy pancakes infused with maple syrup and bacon flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Optional: 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and maple syrup.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- If using, fold in chopped bacon.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve with extra maple syrup.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in a toaster or microwave.
