- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slider buns
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Cook chicken thighs for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- In the last minute of cooking, add bacon to the grill or skillet and cook until crispy.
- Remove chicken and bacon from heat.
- Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble sliders by placing chicken on the bun, topping with bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the assembled sliders.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use thick-cut bacon for better texture.
- Feel free to add cheese if desired.
