Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
  6. In a saucepan, heat tomato sauce over medium heat.
  7. Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve meatballs over cooked rice.
  9. Garnish with parsley.
