Meatballs in tomato sauce served with rice.
Ingredients

- 500g ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat tomato sauce over medium heat.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve meatballs over cooked rice.
- Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
