- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt cream cheese over low heat.
- Add shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, stirring until melted.
- Mix in diced tomatoes, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add jalapeños.
- This dip can be made ahead and reheated.
