Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cornflake mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated.
- Substitute chicken with turkey for a different flavor.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
