Description

Mini cheeseburgers, also known as sliders, are bite-sized versions of the classic cheeseburger, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound (450 g) ground beef
  • 12 slider-sized burger buns
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese (cut in half)
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Mix gently and divide into 12 equal portions, shaping each into a small patty.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add cheese during the last minute of cooking.
  3. Toast the burger buns cut-side down in a skillet until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the mini cheeseburgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun, adding toppings, and drizzling with condiments before placing the top half of the bun on each burger.

Notes

  • Avoid overmixing the ground beef to prevent tough patties.
  • Season the meat adequately with salt and pepper.
  • Toast the buns to add crunch and prevent sogginess.
