- 1 package of pre-made pie crusts
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk (whole or 2%)
- 1 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pre-made pie crusts and cut out circles about 4 inches in diameter. Press them into a muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the mixture into each pie crust, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed up and golden brown. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
- Let them cool for 5 minutes in the muffin tin before serving.
Notes
- Avoid overfilling the crusts to prevent overflow.
