Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water; stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and place wonton wrappers in each cup.
  5. Fill each cup with the beef mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  9. Top with diced tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions before serving.
