Ingredients

- Fresh raspberries: 1/2 cup (75 grams)
- Fresh strawberries: 1/2 cup (75 grams), hulled and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in the blueberries, raspberries, and chopped strawberries.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
