Ingredients

- 1 cup mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut mozzarella sticks in half.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each mozzarella stick in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Chill the breaded sticks for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Keep the mozzarella sticks cold before frying.
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
