Ingredients

- 2 cups of bread cubes
- 1 cup of chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried sage
- 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onions, celery, and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add mushrooms, thyme, and sage; cook until mushrooms are tender.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, vegetable broth, and parsley.
- Add the mushroom mixture and stir well.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Use gluten-free bread for a gluten-free option.
- Adjust herbs to your taste.
- Can be prepared a day in advance and baked before serving.
