Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon of dried sage
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add onions, celery, and garlic; sauté until soft.
  4. Add mushrooms, thyme, and sage; cook until mushrooms are tender.
  5. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, vegetable broth, and parsley.
  6. Add the mushroom mixture and stir well.
  7. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
