Description

Natasha’s Chicken Burgers are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, made with lean ground chicken and infused with garlic, onion, and Italian seasonings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound extra lean ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 small onion, finely grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, grated onion, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Shape the mixture into oval patties.
  4. Coat the patties with the remaining bread crumbs.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Notes
