Natasha’s Chicken Burgers are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, made with lean ground chicken and infused with garlic, onion, and Italian seasonings.
Ingredients

- 1 pound extra lean ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 small onion, finely grated
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, grated onion, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into oval patties.
- Coat the patties with the remaining bread crumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Notes
- Be careful not to overmix the chicken mixture to avoid tough patties.
- Let the patties rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cooking for better shape retention.
- You can freeze the patties before cooking by layering them with parchment paper.
