Ingredients

- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter and honey.
- Add rolled oats, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and chopped almonds.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can be rolled in extra shredded coconut for decoration.
- Use maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan option.
