A delicious no bake dessert made with peanut butter and cream cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Stir in crushed graham crackers until combined.
- Roll mixture into small balls.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and dip each ball in chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper to set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
- Substitute chocolate with white chocolate if preferred.
