A simple and delicious no bake dessert made with peanut butter and cream cheese.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and cream cheese.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can substitute almond butter for a different flavor.
- Sprinkle crushed nuts on top for extra texture.
