Ingredients

- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the pecans and dates.
- Add almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Process until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These can be made ahead of time for convenience.
- Substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
