- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the gelatin by mixing gelatin powder with water and letting it bloom for 5 minutes, then gently heat until dissolved.
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar and whip to stiff peaks.
- Mix plain yogurt with vanilla extract until smooth, then stir in the cooled gelatin mixture.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a round cake pan, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Once set, remove from the pan, top with fresh berries, and serve chilled.
