Description

Delicious crepes filled with Nutella.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Nutella for filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla.
  2. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly browned.
  6. Flip and cook for another minute.
  7. Remove and spread Nutella on one half of the crepe.
  8. Fold the crepe over the Nutella and serve.

Notes

  • Store leftover crepes in the fridge.
  • Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
  • Add fruits for extra flavor.
