Description
Delicious crepes filled with Nutella.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Nutella for filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly browned.
- Flip and cook for another minute.
- Remove and spread Nutella on one half of the crepe.
- Fold the crepe over the Nutella and serve.
Notes
- Store leftover crepes in the fridge.
- Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
- Add fruits for extra flavor.
