Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Add halved potatoes to the pan.
  7. Pour honey garlic mixture over chicken and potatoes.
  8. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
