- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add halved potatoes to the pan.
- Pour honey garlic mixture over chicken and potatoes.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use bone-in chicken for more flavor.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- For extra crispy skin, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
