Description

A simple and satisfying meal made with kielbasa and potatoes cooked in one pan.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add kielbasa and brown on both sides.
  4. Add diced potatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Once potatoes are tender, garnish with parsley and serve.
