Description
A simple and satisfying meal made with kielbasa and potatoes cooked in one pan.
Ingredients

- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until translucent.
- Add kielbasa and brown on both sides.
- Add diced potatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once potatoes are tender, garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Use any type of potatoes you prefer.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
