A simple and delicious one pot barbecue chicken pasta recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in barbecue sauce and chicken broth.
- Add pasta and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use any pasta shape.
- For spicier flavor, add hot sauce.
- This dish can be topped with cheese if desired.
