A quick and easy one pot chicken parmesan pasta dish.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of pasta
- 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of marinara sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
- Add pasta, chicken broth, and marinara sauce. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any pasta of your choice.
- Add vegetables for extra nutrition.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
