Description

A quick and easy one pot chicken parmesan pasta dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of pasta
  • 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of marinara sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
  3. Add pasta, chicken broth, and marinara sauce. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer until pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Serve hot.
