A simple and delicious one pot creamy ranch chicken broccoli fettuccine dish.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the chicken over medium heat until browned.
- Add the broccoli and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the ranch seasoning and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then add the fettuccine.
- Cook until the pasta is tender.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Use fresh or frozen broccoli.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
