Description

A simple and delicious one pot creamy ranch chicken broccoli fettuccine dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the chicken over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the broccoli and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the ranch seasoning and chicken broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then add the fettuccine.
  5. Cook until the pasta is tender.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve warm.
