Ingredients

- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup chopped red cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the noodles, carrots, cabbage, green onions, and bell pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, and sugar.
- Pour the dressing over the noodle mixture and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
- Can add cooked chicken or tofu for protein.
- Best served chilled.
