- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, sauté asparagus until tender.
- On each plate, place a steak, top with crab meat, asparagus, and drizzle with hollandaise sauce.
