Ingredients

- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into strips and tie each strip into a knot.
- Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the knots.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the oven for best results.
