- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This bread can be frozen for later use.
