Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Add oats, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Spread mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, then cut into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for longer shelf life.
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruit.
