A delicious and simple recipe for peanut butter Easter eggs.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into egg shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each egg into the melted chocolate, covering completely.
- Place back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- You can use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
- Feel free to add toppings like crushed nuts or sprinkles.
