Description
A refreshing and zesty tuna salad with pepperoncini.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced pepperoncini
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, pepperoncini, celery, red onion, and lemon juice.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on bread, in a wrap, or over greens.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
