Description

A refreshing and zesty tuna salad with pepperoncini.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced pepperoncini
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, pepperoncini, celery, red onion, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
