A hearty breakfast casserole featuring layers of pepperoni, cheese, and eggs.
Ingredients

- 6 slices of bread
- 1 cup of pepperoni slices
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cut the bread into cubes and place them in the dish.
- Add the pepperoni and half of the cheese on top of the bread.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and pepperoni.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- You can substitute turkey pepperoni for a lighter option.
