Description

A hearty breakfast casserole featuring layers of pepperoni, cheese, and eggs.


Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread
  • 1 cup of pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Cut the bread into cubes and place them in the dish.
  4. Add the pepperoni and half of the cheese on top of the bread.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and pepperoni.
  7. Top with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
