Description

Spicy and flavorful peri peri chicken marinated in a zesty sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons peri peri sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix peri peri sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade.
  4. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Place the chicken on the grill.
  6. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  7. Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
