Description
A refreshing tropical drink combining the flavors of piña colada and sangria.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle white wine (750 ml)
- 1 cup coconut rum
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup soda water
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 lime, sliced
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, coconut rum, and pineapple juice.
- Add the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, and lime slices.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, add soda water for fizz.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less pineapple juice.
- For a non-alcoholic version, replace wine and rum with sparkling water and additional juice.
- Best enjoyed fresh within 24 hours.
