Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and pineapple, cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, serve hot.

- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
