A delicious and easy no-bake treat combining pineapple and coconut.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, and rolled oats.
- Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Use unsweetened coconut for a healthier option.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- These can be frozen for longer storage.
