A refreshing dish combining pasta, vegetables, and pizza flavors.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, pepperoni, olives, onion, and bell pepper.
- Drizzle with Italian dressing, salt, and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Add more vegetables as desired.
- Can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
