Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix dried fruits, flour, breadcrumbs, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Add milk gradually until the batter is smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased pudding mold.
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
