Ingredients

- 1 cup polenta
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring water and salt to a boil in a pot.
- Slowly whisk in polenta, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Once thickened, pour polenta into a greased baking dish.
- Spread evenly and let it cool for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut cooled polenta into fry shapes.
- Brush fries with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- You can add spices to the polenta for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
