A warm and comforting soup featuring delicious potstickers.
Ingredients

- 1 package of frozen potstickers
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Stir in the mushrooms and bok choy, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the potstickers and soy sauce, bringing to a gentle simmer.
- Cook for an additional 6-8 minutes until potstickers are heated through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or spinach.
- Adjust the soy sauce for more or less saltiness.
- Serve with chili oil for added spice.
