Description

A warm and comforting soup featuring delicious potstickers.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen potstickers
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the mushrooms and bok choy, and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the potstickers and soy sauce, bringing to a gentle simmer.
  5. Cook for an additional 6-8 minutes until potstickers are heated through.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or spinach.
  • Adjust the soy sauce for more or less saltiness.
  • Serve with chili oil for added spice.
