Ingredients

- 2 cups chestnuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Score the chestnuts with an X on the flat side.
- In a bowl, mix chestnuts with olive oil, rosemary, and salt.
- Spread the chestnuts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before peeling.

- Wear gloves while peeling hot chestnuts.
- Use fresh rosemary for best flavor.
