Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- Stack pancakes and top with a strawberry and whipped cream to create a Santa hat look.
