- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup roasted tomatoes
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Add eggs, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until set.
- Let it cool before adding roasted tomato jam on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
