Instructions
- Peel and grate the sweet potatoes.
- In a bowl, combine grated sweet potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Form the mixture into patties and place them in the skillet.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
