Ingredients

- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, celery, carrot, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in tomato paste and paprika. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add white wine and reduce by half.
- Pour in seafood stock and bring to a simmer.
- Add shrimp and crab meat. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Adjust thickness by adding more stock or cream.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
