Description

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • Tortillas (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken strips with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Add sliced bell peppers and onion to the bowl and toss to coat with the spices.
  3. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Spread the seasoned chicken and vegetables in a single layer on the baking sheet.
