Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pita bread
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Spread the chicken on a sheet pan.
- Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion to the pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked.
- Warm pita bread in the oven for the last 5 minutes.
- Assemble pitas with chicken and vegetables.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.

- Use whole wheat pita for a healthier option.
- Customize vegetables based on preference.
