Description

A delicious seafood lasagna featuring shrimp and crab.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then stir in crab meat.
  5. Mix ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, seafood, and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and marinara sauce.
  9. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Use fresh seafood for better flavor.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or zucchini.
